About the Project
Nottingham was selected as one of 14 destinations nationally to benefit from Visit England’s Growing Tourism Locally project, funded by money from the Government’s Regional Growth Fund (RGF). Since then Slave has been responsible for the creation and production of campaigns and visitor guides to run nationally and locally promoting the region and its attractions with the objective of increasing visitor numbers and tourism revenue. The work has covered all media platforms and has included: visitor guides, tourist information centre branding, online channels, media advertising and individual visitor attraction guides.
The October campaign shown was a joint initiative between the Marketing NG and Nottingham City Council to establish Nottingham as a leading ‘UK Festival City’.
